Something that is related to my tradition which is lost due to globalisation - Farming
From the past, a few thousand years ago, in order to obtain food, people will farm for a living. Farmers will have a plot of land and workers will come and work on the land. The farmers will then sell the harvested crops to others and this is how the cycle of farming will continue. Hence, we can tell that farming was a very integral part of every tradition and farming has helped civilization until today. However, farming has been slowly dying off ever since globalization and now farming is deemed as the job of a laborer and an uneducated person. This reminds me of a time when I used to live in Hong Kong when I was around 4 or 5 years old. We were living there because of my father's work and I can still remember that we used to own a very small area of land in the agriculture area of Hong Kong.
